Most yards we see have the same story: a patch of tired lawn, a few planters that never took off, or an old garden nobody has time for. We turn that space into productive raised beds with real soil, automatic watering and plants matched to your microclimate.
Because coastal Southern California rarely freezes, a well-planned garden here produces in every season. Tomatoes and peppers in summer. Lettuce, kale, peas and carrots in winter. Citrus almost all year.

What our clients say
Sample reviews - replace with real Google reviews before publishingWe went from a dead lawn to harvesting tomatoes and lettuce in about two months. The drip system means we barely think about it.
The biweekly visits are worth every penny. Our kids now ask to pick dinner from the garden.
They planted lemon, avocado and fig trees and set up the watering. Clear plan, fair price, clean crew.

Frequently asked questions
How much does an edible garden installation cost?
Most projects land between a small two-bed starter garden and a full backyard build with four to six beds, irrigation and fruit trees. Every quote is fixed and written before we start, after a free garden plan visit, so there are no surprises.
Can I really grow food all year in Southern California?
Yes. Coastal Southern California sits in USDA zones 10a and 10b, so you get two main seasons: warm-season crops like tomatoes, peppers and squash from spring to fall, and cool-season crops like lettuce, kale, peas and carrots through fall and winter.
Do you use organic methods?
Yes. We build with organic soil and compost, feed with organic fertilizers and handle pests with organic and integrated pest management methods. No synthetic pesticides on the food you eat.
What if I have no gardening experience?
That is who we built this for. Choose a maintenance plan and we plant, weed, feed and help you harvest. Prefer to learn? Our coaching visits teach you to run the garden yourself.
How long does installation take?
A typical raised bed garden with drip irrigation is built in one to two days. Larger edible landscapes with orchards or hardscape can take a week. We give you the timeline with your quote.
Which areas do you serve?
We are based in Long Beach and serve Long Beach, Lakewood, Signal Hill, Seal Beach, Los Alamitos, Huntington Beach, Torrance, Rancho Palos Verdes and nearby Los Angeles County and Orange County neighborhoods.
